Geckoboard connects directly to Aircall, allowing you to pull live data directly from your Aircall account. Popular metrics that are supported include calls waiting, call volume over time, missed calls, answered calls, call duration, available users and more.

Most metrics can also be filtered by the following dimensions to give even more precision — number, tag, team, user, call direction and missed call reason. The best way to check if a specific Aircall metric is supported by our integration though is to try it for yourself. Alternatively, ask our friendly support team.

Geckoboard is ideal for creating a shareable, real-time view of metrics that you, your team or stakeholders should be regularly monitoring. This can include data from several Aircall numbers and other sources too.
