Expanded our Zendesk Sell data source to include call metrics
We’ve added a range of metrics to our Zendesk Sell data source, centered around calls. Show how the team is performing throughout the day and over time, with:
- Number of calls (which can be filtered by owner, related deal, call direction and more)
- Duraiton of individual calls
- Average call duration
- Call outcomes, including summaries
- …and more
